Works great for me!
I have always been a Great Southern customer, so I don't know about any of the issues with people coming over from Fifth Third. Since it's inception, this app has always worked great for me. It quickly loads each page and the screens are perfectly scaled to my 6+. I had a 5s before that, and the app was always perfectly scaled on that format as well. I find this app to be very functional and flexible.
Touch sign in
I have been having trouble with the app for weeks, waiting for an update to fix the bugs. My login fails, my touch login fails, and resetting the password becomes the only option. I have had to do this many times just to access my account. Now I keep getting a message about the on/off debt not working, but I don't even have that feature! Very frustrating! Please fix the bugs ASAP!
Very frustrating. Touch ID never works despite resetting it several times. So forced to type password which has strict requirements, and therefore more difficult to remember. But if I put in the wrong password even once my account gets locked do I'm forced to reset and change the password. So then even more difficult to remember which password I'm using, and next time I put in the wrong one again and again get locked out, a vicious cycle.
