Ratings and Reviews
This app is made for the 90s
It takes a while to load the app. The location of buses is not always updated on the app. The number of buses provided by the university is too low on a given route sometimes, so there is no fixed time when a bus on a particular route comes to particular stop.
Considering that google maps exists, seeing technology like this app today from a good university is just sad.

Sorry to hear you’re not having too good of an experience using the app. This app isn’t actually built by the university, it’s just one of my side projects I built while attending GT. So sadly there’s some things out of my control, like changing the number of buses on a given route or ensuring buses arrive at a certain stop at a certain time. And the reason sometimes buses don’t show up in the app is because drivers forget to turn on the tracking tablets in their buses (or the tablet isn’t working for whatever reason). These types of issues are things that only GT Parking and Transportation can fix, so there’s probably the best people to reach out to for this kind of feedback. I wish there was something I could do about these problems but my app is really just constrained to the data that PTS provides.
Works well, times are reasonably accurate
The arrival times are off almost 50% of the time. Sometimes it says 15+ minutes, so I leave. Then it comes in 2 as I am walking away. Very annoying.

Hi! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the app. Sadly, the arrival times is something I don't have any control over - the app just displays the data that is provided by NextBus. I know this can be annoying at times and I wish there was something I could do to make it better, but there's just no easy way to do that without relying on what NextBus provides. That's why when I use the app myself, I tend to rely more on the live bus positions, as those tend to be better at giving you a sense of when a bus will come. Also, be sure to keep in mind that the arrival times can't factor in things like traffic, driver breaks, time for passengers to get on/off, etc. I hope this helps and be sure to use the app's Support feature if you run into any more issues!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
