Are you a Crazy Maker? Or are you a Captain & Commander? Designed by David Allen, inventor of the Getting Things Done® methodology, the GTD-Q® is a fun and useful productivity assessment. In less than two minutes you will get visual results of where you fit in terms of the two critical elements of self management: control and perspective.
The GTD-Q isn’t a one-time test. Your results will change over time, as your productivity changes with GTD best practices like getting your email inbox to zero on a regular basis, or clearing your mind of what’s grabbing your attention. The GTD-Q app will track your results over time so you can start to map the changes you’re making to the GTD-Q results you’re getting.
- 18 questions about your productivity
- Customized results detailing your strengths, challenges, and opportunities
- Track your results over time
- Share your results with others via email, Twitter, or Facebook
- GTD Coaching videos with David Allen
- Calendar of GTD events
The GTD-Q is a convenient and efficient way to assess your productivity.

Another great tool
This is a great tool to remind you of the importance of GTD in your life. I love the quick videos (great to watch while you are waiting in line or just have an extra 2 min).
Also, if you are in search of a webinar or seminar in your area this is the perfect app to download as it is less than a 2 min action to open the app and click on event tab.
You can't go wrong with this new app.
??? no practical purpose
I though this would be an app for implementing the GTD system, but it's just a weird advertisement app? There's just an explanation of what GTD generally is, which anyone who'd look this up would already know, a brief quiz with fairly pointless results, and a list of pointless videos with "tips" for getting things done. There's no actual functionality. Not worth a download. Giving it two stars because at the very least it didn't glitch or crash in the few minutes I had it open.
I love this App! It's a great way to check in with myself and really see where I'm at and where to go from there. I also really like the video clips and links. It's very user friendly and perfect for an on-the-go check in!
