Another terrible Marriott App
Another useless app from Marriott. Very disappointed! First of all the app requires you to know your confirmation number in order to use it. Who remembers their confirmation number? You should simply be able to login with your Marriott rewards number and password to have access to this functionality. Second. Why do you have to have a second app to perform these very minimalistic features? This should simply be things that are embedded in the main Marriott app however that app also leaves much to be desired. Third. These couple of features in the app are only available at a few select hotels. This is so not ready for prime time.
What does this app do?!
Platinum user who can't for the life of me understand what/why this is remotely useful. Or why I need a second app from marriott to do what the first app should've done?!
