What's New in Version 4.0.1
Minor bug fixes.
For 2014, this app has very basic functionality with a rudimentary user interface. Requests were quickly received, with two of the three made being executed (a promise of extra shampoo fell into the cracks). Post-check out, the app has crashed multiple times upon opening. Marriott should either quickly invest in this pilot to raise it to the standard of the brand, or quickly yank the app to ensure it does not detract from the brand experience.
This app is nuts! It crashes without even opening. Gives you some error about "sync error" and tells you to restart but restarting does not help. Then when I finally got somewhere it gave me another error about "certificate for this server is invalid."
I agree with previous reviewer. This is basic stuff that should be in main app and hold my info and reservations for check-in.
Marriott should be better than this.
Will not use... Need a confirmation number to log in
Really???? In this day and age, not log me in with my Marriott ID, keep me logged and and figure out where I am staying? Not to mention this really should be part of their main app.
Once again, Marriott's mobile app dev team is clueless, underfunded or both.
