In the beginning of 2017, two guys from Norway started developing their own app when they were unable to find a workout tracker that was simple and easy to use.

The result was GymKing.

GymKing is a simple and effective workout logger for strength training. The idea behind GymKing is to give you (the King/Queen) full control to customise the exercises you need, no more "3000 exercises and 450 programs/routines". GymKing provide you full insight in your workouts and lifts.

In this version we've done several improvements and some new features.

- Current month/weeks are now tinted with a new color.
- Issues related to sets not being saved when a set is added is fixed.
- Added CSV export - this means you can show all your data in Excel or Numbers etc.
- New statistics for volume per month under Profile.
- Redesigned the "Personal Records"-view.
- Minor changes to the UI.
