2. Pay: Once you are ready to pay, select the pay icon on your mobile device to finalize the order. If you have any age restricted items or coupons you must go to the H-E-B Go kiosk where one of our friendly Partners can help to finalize your transaction.
3. Go: Upon exiting the store, show your digital receipt from your mobile device to the H-E-B Go Partner. Using the H-E-B Go App is another way to shop with ease and convenience!

It takes work but love it
The easy part is scanning items with a bar code.
It gets trickier with items that need to be weighed (fruit, vegetables, olive / peppers). Also the instructions are not clear on using coupons - which just be scanned in at the end, when you’re at the checkout kiosk.
It is great that I no longer have to stand in line to check out.
Have learned that it’s easier to have your bags open in the cart and placed in as you scan.
Glad I have the option to scan my own items. This will be my preferred way to shop at HEB
Cannot enter payment information
Was thrilled to find out this was now available at my store only problem is that I cannot even set up the payment information. First, I attempted my debit card but quickly realized it only accepted credit cards. When I entered that information it just sits there and will not let me save. Oh well, guess I will just continue using Sam’s club where the app worked for me from day one.
The only negative I see, there are no produce weigh stations that print out bar code(Kyle Store)in the produce area. So you have to get in the self checkout lane, which is just like waiting in line. I attempted to walk by and people block your passage, it creates unnecessary dilemmas.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
