It seems developing good habits is simple, because we humans are creatures of habits, right? Well, its not true.
Many people find themselves struggling with trying to get rid of a bad habit but they don’t know how? If you are one of them and you want to develop good habits within a certain time frame with 100% proven results, Habit Tracker has you covered.
It has been scientifically proven that in order to develop good habits over a certain period of time, we need tools to employ visualisation and affirmation. Habit Tracker is a simple tool to track your progress in the course of developing a good habit. Just repeat a set of tasks every day and mark it in the app as complete on days you accomplished your goal. Thats it.
Habit Tracker can also be used as a bad-habit-breaker if you want to put an end to a bad habit. In this case try not do or commit anything related to the concerned bad habit and mark the day as complete if you accomplish this goal. This is how you can visualise your progress over the entire month.
It is very easy to get started with Habit Tracker. Just add a new habit in the list and select a date by which you want to fully accomplish your goal. Thats it.
So, download Habit Tracker today and track daily goals until you develop your desired good habits.
Current date will be highlighted on app launch.
Ratings and Reviews
works well—just needs a few improvements
This habit tracking app works well, but a few things would make it nicer: 1) when it is launched, it really should make the current date visible instead of being outside of the visible scrolling area; 2) it needs to remember the window size, which would solve the problem of making the current date visible (but of course it should always be visible upon launch anyway); 3) the current date should be highlighted so I can find it more quickly; 4) I’d like habit names to display exactly the way I’ve typed them, but even if I type them in lower case, they invariably get capitalized; 5) I’d like to be able to hide the dock icon while leaving the menubar icon running—this is actually something of a standard with other apps.
The screenshots don’t show this, but a nice touch is that there is a choice of icon packs to use when checking off a habit—currently 10 different styles. I like the first one, which is a box filled with scribble marks.
I haven’t figured out the Percentage thing yet, though. It always says "N.A," and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do about that.
The "quote" at the bottom changes from time to time, and most of the quotes are ok. One or two could perhaps be worded more clearly (I forget which ones, though).
I hope to see more updates!
Easy to use and Useful!
This app is so helpful for reminding me to do things from level of importance. I look forward to clicking off the things each day because the colors change and it helps keep track for me! HIGHLY RECOMMMEND!
Pretty close to perfect
I have used a habit tracker for years with more features than this. But most of them were redundant. I find this piece of software very to the point and easy to use. I am hopeful for this app to be a game changer.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
