I love this app and have used it daily for a year now! I made a "work out" category so I can set goals for how many minutes I want to do each week of cardio, abs, arms, etc as well as how many days I want to exercise each week. I use that category the most but I made categories for work and home as well.
Three categories are already set up in Habits Pro:

It's what i've been looking for for years!
How many habit-related apps have i looked at? Hundreds, at least. And how many of these apps have i downloaded? Probably five. And how many apps have i actually kept on using? Two. Well, now these two are history, replaced by Habits Pro. Simply stated, this app works for me! It's moderately complex, not too simple-minded. It is definitely customizable, which i need. It has a graph feature that allows me to look at my patterns over time. It has a "notes" feature which i use to annotate exactly why a particular behavior did or didn't work on a particular day.
There are some bumps in the road however. It's a new app, and the directions could be clearer and the graph function is buggy. These i'm assuming will be cleared up in time. I'm hoping upon hope that it will be supported for a long long time. It's already helped me gain insight into why some habits work, while some are less than successful. Thank you developers!
Takes just a bit to figure out quirks, then you'll discover this is one of the best apps around!!
This app does have some quirkiness to it, so you just need to spend a little time (not much) trying it out till you figure out how to do what you need done. Having said that, though, i still think ths app rocks! Even after using the app for just a short while (and I'll update my review after using it for a longer period), I can tell this is going to extremely useful in helping me make some important life changes. I've used other checklist & to-do apps to track habits/routines, but this one better reinforces progress without requiring perfection. Hope to learn how to do things such as re-order habit lists, etc, and I hope the developer makes additional options available, however I'm on my way & this app has really helped -- just a great little app!
Use it Every Day
I use this app every day. It is part of my morning routine. I love the versatility. I use it for tracking my devotion times in the morning, even putting my notes in it. I also use it for tracking my health habits. I love the graphs. I can see how my weight trends and how it relates to how much water I am drinking and how much exercise I am getting. I use it for tracking my special needs son's behavior and both of the kids' chores. It has so many uses all in one app. Thanks!
