CCU Haematology Review
What I love best is the comprehensive review of hematology this app offers. It is clear and concise. The cases are also very well designed and take a student through the thought process of diagnosis and treatment very well. The only downside is the cost of the cases which is why I rated this app 4/5. For £25 I'd rather have a book.
The Lange series is better. The first (free) case is Iron def anemia here. There really isn't any thinking in this, just reading. Ie: they don't ask you whats the next step in the workup (with choices), they just TELL you.
The Lange Case Series (in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine) are much better, those make you think (& are a great review even if they are "textbook" cases) & are good for resident level also.
