Helped me become a true runner!
I began using the 0-5k app with the same creator of this app. It took me from the couch to my 1st 5k. Then, I used the 5k-10k trainer and was able to run my first 10k. Now, I am using the 21k app to train for a half marathon. Before these apps, I couldn't run more than 2 miles without side cramping, pain in breathing...and I never was able to make any real progress. Now, I am running long distances regularly. Super easy to use. Works great with your music playlist. Progresses you at a reasonable pace so that ordinary people can become runners. Highly recommended!
I never write reviews, but I am on week 11of using this app and run my half next week. This app has been key in my training. It is clean cut, responsive, easy to use and right on target with where I need to be for race day. I recommend this to friends and they have loved it too. Good luck with your training and my this app help you along your running journey!
I really love this app. I've used 5k, 10k, and now this one. I highly recommend it for someone trying to become a half marathon runner. I mainly run outside but have occasionally used it indoors too on the treadmill. The app still works on the treadmill however doesn't track distance. It only tracks your distance when outside.
