Great App. Like to see More enhancements
Very fast and user friendly! An enhancement I would like to see is the ability to lock the wrong answer when showing that the correct answer has been selected. Example: if I select B as the answer and it is wrong indicate that it is wrong and store it as wrong for the final score. At the same time allow the correct answer to be identified when selected. This will give a true score of the knowledge base while allowing the person to explore for the correct answer. Right now you only display the corrected score.
Keep up the good work! Great App in the works.
Will you have a tool to update the question pools or will that just be an app upgrade?
Looking forward to my Technician test!
This is a great little app. Haven't even opened the CD in the ARRL book I got today (I'm on chapter 3) and with this app, I may not bother with the CD (says it's for Windows anyway).
Only thing I will point out is that in "random" mode, it often gives the same question more than once in a 35-question exam.
Passed my first "pre-test" which isn't surprising since most of the material is closely related to my job (military Signal officer). Looking forward to receiving my first calls! Thanks for the app! If you get a chance, would love a Morse/CW trainer app :-)
Good, but needs a few fixes...
Okay, so this is 20 minutes after downloading and playing with it... but just a couple of notes for those wanting to get it. It has the Element 2/3/4 tests and you can take them just as the description says. However, if an answer is longer than the box drawn, it doesn't wrap text and you miss the end of the answer. Also, at least one question on the Element 2 pool has really messed up answers. The question is in the B answer box for example. Looks like a formatting issue somewhere. All in all though, it gets the job done. Can't wait for the update!
