Game doesn't keep stats correctly

No matter how many matches, I never get any extra time, or extra anything. The time runs out so fast on the level, it's almost impossible to win a level. I am way up on the levels. I sure wish this game would work correctly, because I really do like it, but when I don't get a reward, it's frustrating. The alarm sounds like I have won another point, but the total never moves, I counted the seconds for one level. 37 seconds. I should get at least one minute or a minute in a half. Please more time please!!!!!
