Very motivating weight loss app
Finally a way to log my daily fluctuations in weight that is not so discouraging. I’ve been at this weight loss game a very long time and know how the daily fluctuations in weight gain affect my motivation. I’m so glad I found this app to help point me towards seeing my patterns, giving me encouragement as I see my progress, and helping me to see the big picture.
Absolutely love this app
Setting a weight loss goal and working towards to achieve that is very hard. Having the distant goal on mind doesn’t help. Setting minigoals is very important. This app helps us to hit the mini milestones depending on our frequency weekly/monthly. This absolutely drives me towards my long term goals and I love this app. This is the first thing I open everyday morning
I found this app while scrolling through the App Store. I liked the positive experience of other users and decided to try this app for myself. I really like it, I follow the diet plan that I am on and do my workouts. I get up in the morning and weigh myself. That’s it.
