Love the game, hate the loading glitch
I started playing this game about a week ago and loved it. I think it's a great app version format wise. I think a lot of people put too high of an expectation for it to be a replica of the console games but that's not what it is and I think the developers to great designing according to the convenience of an app and it is so fun with all the same features of the console versions in app form. The sad part for me is that not all of the glitches have been fixed and I really hope they are soon because I love the app version and want to continue playing but will have to delete it if I can't play it. I've read other people experiencing different types of glitches as well but for me I am stuck on the loading glitch which won't allow me to get past fall 23 year 1. I go to sleep but it just stays on the black screen with the circle spinning in the middle. I tried saving then sleeping, waiting until 5:00am in the game when the harvest sprite forces you to go to sleep, and exiting all apps and rebooting my phone as CeeCee has told others online but still nothing. Please fix this Natsume I love your games and want to keep playing.
Wonderful, if not for the impassable glitch!
First, I just want to say that I lovveee Harvest Moon and was over the moon when I saw they had a Seeds of Memory on IOS. I've been playing diligently, but have now reached an impasse. I can't get past Year 1 Fall 29. No matter what I do, go into the barn, chicken coop, visit the town, etc; the game runs for a minute or so and then the screen goes green with the words Assert Screen (screenshot attached). I have tried to restart my device, but that does not help.
To troubleshoot, I joined the Natsume online community and posted a forum topic. Was directed to email their support department, wrote them twice (no response) and finally called them. I was told that the issue wasn't large enough to warrant the company researching or resolving it. Awesome.
So much potential, but such a dissapointment
I was really excited to play this. I love harvest moon! But ten dollars was a bit much, but I thought it'd be worth it, even though seeds of memories and sky tree village were the same game but you slapped a different title onto it. The game got boring way too quickly, and I hated how the characters had no picture of the person you talk to. The only thing I found amusement in was pushing people, and that became more fun than the actual game. I feel somewhat cheated, and ended up deleting it because I needed space and decided to delete all of my unwanted junk on my iPod. I'm disappointed, and I really don't recommend this game.
