These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Your Headspace subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
Headspace also offers a Forever subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99 with unlimited access to the Headspace Collection forever.

I have a hormonal imbalance that caused me to experience horrific panic attacks, anxiety, and depression. Working with my doctors on the lifestyle changes I needed to make, my obgyn suggested I incorporate headspace into my treatment. I started with the free take 10 journey and experienced so much relaxation for the first time in a long time that I knew I had to subscribe. I love the cute little animations, Andy's calming voice, and the different perspectives they offer about what it means to be mindful and to meditate. I love the variety of meditation tracks and singles offered. This is the first time, after years of trying to meditate, that I feel actually excited to do these exercises. I was so low before I began to work with Headspace and I feel worlds better. This app has really changed my life. I'm so grateful.
An Unexpected Delight
Thank you Andy & Headspace for making such an approachable, useful app. I started getting chronic migraines last year, and with those came a great deal of anxiety/panic about constantly feeling unwell. My headache specialist recommended Headspace as a part of my treatment. I can't say enough how unexpected my experience with mindfulness-mediation has been. I feel so empowered to regain my sense of self, and I feel a peace of mind that (frankly) I don't know if I had before. Don't get me wrong, it's not easy, but it *is* worthwhile. Changed my life
I never knew how to meditate. I would close my eyes and try to focus on "not thinking", just being. But that only went so far until my mind started to wander and I wondered what the hell I was doing.
Now, I have Andy to help me every step of the way. He taught me how to focus, what to focus on, and how to be more present in my everyday grind. 10 minutes in the morning now gives me peace of mind for the rest of the day. Since Headspace teaches slowly, building up my abilities each day, it's only getting easier.
