Headspace offers two auto-renewing subscription options:

These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Your Headspace subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
Headspace also offers a Forever subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99 with unlimited access to the Headspace Collection forever.

A Fundamental Guide to Practice
I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation for several years now. Most of my practice and techniques came from books. I wished to deepen my practice as I was entering the professional working world as a means to not loose myself, connect to others, and maintain an aware quality of mind that I often see absent in many people in daily life. I needed a teacher though, the books I own provide solid guides to technique and practice but what Andy and the Headspace app crew bring is an environment to learn and practice. The packs, shorts, and app overall is smooth and user friendly. The app has a unique and fun layout with responsive links. There are many different packs and practices to focus on with different levels of time commitment. The app works best when you approach it with a curious and playful mind each day. The app is a tool and comes with an instructor to point out how to use the tools in your mental tool belt. This app has worked and still is working to deepen my practice and I am curious to see where my journey goes.
I have tried and tried to create a habit around meditation for years! I could never make it a concrete part of my routine! Now, with the support of the Headspace app, I meditate every day and sometimes before I go to sleep with the 'single' designated for that! I've meditated about 25 days in a row now, and my mind has never been so clear! I'm thinking bigger than I ever have, and I truly believe my daily meditations have played a huge role in my ability to maintain a high level of productivity throughout my days working to achieve my dreams! THANK YOU to the Australian cat that recorded these great sessions and put all the work and time into creating this application! Also, a big thanks to the team that played a role in the creation of this life-changing product! I am so grateful for you.
Update a regression, not an improvement
It's really disappointing that Headspace feel into the tech-trap of updating without improving. The prior version of the app was great and had no issues. I purchased that willingly. The updated version has less features and is more cumbersome to use.
While the prior version was easy to use, this version requires a lot of scrolling up and down and left and right to see the options. The method of seeing options isn't compatible with a small screen phone. The prior version had things grouped so you could see one category at a time. This new version is just difficult to see and cumbersome to use.
The prior version tracked the date and times that you meditated. That "feature" has been removed as per an email from the help desk. It was replaced with "timeline" which is jsut the order that you did things, with no date (or time) associated with them. It's a fairly useless "feature." It just lists the packs you completed in the order you completed them, but you have no idea if you completed them last week or last year.
It also no longer connects to Apple Health, so you can't even use that to track the days you meditated.
This update is very disappointing. Andy's meditations are helpful, but with the cumbersome nature of the new app I'm not sure I'll be using it anymore.
