Health Net Mobile is the easiest way to connect to a HealthNet.com online account, and is designed to help our members on the go. Members can use this application to quickly get plan, co-pay and deductible information, as well as access to a Mobile ID card to verify eligibility.
Available features include:
My Plan - Provides plan details, including subscriber and plan IDs, effective dates, co-pay and deductible information and schedule of benefits.
My Provider - Provides users with instant access to provider specific information for any member on the plan. Members can also save additional providers as Favorites for later reference.
My ID Card - Provides users with a mobile ID card, and ability to view a list of members to select a family member’s card.
ProviderSearch - Search for doctors, hospitals, and urgent care facilities within the Health Net Network by current location, address or zip code. Access maps and directions for a selected provider and save a provider as a Favorite for later reference.
Bill Pay - Individual and Family Plan members can now make payments in the application.
Contact - Instant access to Health Net with a handy directory of contact numbers.
Help - Answers to most frequently asked questions for Health Net Mobile.

Now I remember why I deleted the App
Just downloaded the app again and now I remember why I deleted it in the first place. All you can do is sign on and that’s it. The app is unusable. Physician/Group search is useless. Comes up as “not found” with each letter you type in and with some kind of refresh of the screen and lag. I really don’t know why this app is so bad and why it’s even available in the App Store.
Not well designed aesthetically nor very functional. Anthem allows you to fax or email your id card so you don’t have to bring a hard copy. Also, Health Net should allow the user to add the id card to Apple’s Passbook. No Touch ID entry. Doesn’t function most of the time. Can’t Health Net afford to hire a decent programmer? Pathetic! Just bad on every level. Worst app I’ve encountered by far!
Bill Pay doesn’t work
No matter what they say on their website that you can pay electronically, you can’t. Click on the bill pay link and all you get is a white screen, no data. Even after an update 2 weeks ago where it had hoped they had updated for iPhone X - ha.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
