A must have app. A few suggestions. Also is possible to have all the daily tips saved in an organized categories. I have to many tips saved and it’s chaotic trying to figure out which one I’m looking for. Maybe section categories would be useful. Also why can’t all the tips be accessible or saved automatically. Please update more tips, share button to social media is needed so people can know where these great tips come from.

Surprisingly informative


Figured this would be full of the same obvious and logical health tips you see everywhere but pleasantly surprised so far. Only a few gimmes like "raw foods are more nutritious than processed" (duh) but most tips have contained at least some new information that I'm happy to learn about. They are brief but contain just enough detail to be truly informative. There are still some vague tips in there which I could do without. My suggestion would be to do away with vagueries altogether and include very specific information with brief explanations with each one. That way, even if it is a health tip we've heard before, we can still learn a little about the science behind the benefits. Overall, great app and thanks for the fantastic info!

I literally have studied thousands of apps ( many of which) I've downloaded at some point and at least tried. Most of which i then delete for more then space readons. Most of which I got for free including this one even though many are usually paid apps. This one, I've kept going on nearly 3 weeks now checking it daily. It is unique. Some of the tips u won't know unless u are or are married to a great nutritionist, dietician or the like. You can archive all or any of the tips and favorite any of them. You may also share them with others too! If u want to be healthier get this app. And then look for other great ones too!
