An accurate medical history helps you and your health care provider maintain your health wellness. If you move or change providers, your records are still with you and this might prevent miscommunication.
All medical history information is stored only on your personal device and you control how you share this information. The app does not require an account to be created, and your personal information is not stored on a website.
Based on your medical history, a personalized list of recommended health reminders is created. You can add these reminders to any calendar configured in your phone. You can create a reminder on a family-shared calendar to remind family members of appointments.
The summary page provides a quick inspection of your medical history that may be useful while talking to your health care provider.

Wonderfully helpful!
This app is quite nicely laid out and easy to use. I can now keep my medication, health history, and surgery list in an easy-to-read format. It allows you to manually enter custom information if the app does not have the preset you need. in addition, it can add appointments to your iPod calendar if you so choose. I have experienced neither freezing nor crashing with this app.
However, I do wish that this app would allow me to organize my medications, conditions, surgeries, and allergies. It is lacking a zoom setting and proper symbols on the family tree. Also, it would be nice if the option for an approximate date was included as many people don't know the exact date their various conditions began. Some color customization would be appreciated too. Perhaps a medication search would be helpful.
All this being said, the positives most certainly outweigh the annoying negatives, so I would definitely recommend this app!
Need to be able to ZOOM!!!
I like how easy it is to add people to the tree. I haven't had a chance to explore the app fully to see what all can be tracked, but there is one very pressing thing that I feel should be addressed. When looking at the tree, there should be an option to get rid of all the + buttons (like, edit mode and not edit mode...) and more importantly, I need to be able to ZOOM OUT! It is already driving me nuts not being able to zoom out to see the whole family free at once.
I finally started adding family members to my tree and even though I have quite a few aunts and uncles I want to add, I can't add them all because the screen won't let me scroll far enough over! The last aunt is way off the screen and I can't even see her name, just the edge of her box. This is EXTREMELY annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!! I need to be able to zoom out to see more of the tree and the tree needs to allow me to make it as big as I need to! I did pay for it afterall!
Decent app for family history
I am using the app to get medical information for several generations in my family. It was a bit confusing at first but not bad. I suggest to the app maker that you turn off any alert if a person states the family member is deceased. Very annoying to have reminders for non-living people but I still need their history. Also I would suggest the ability to manually put in birthdays incase someone doesn't know the exact year. Also, I find the reoccurring option annoying. I think it should be optional. I also think date of first occurrence should be optional or manual incase people don't remember the month and day. Overall it is a nice app for the family tree and gathering medical information that could be pasted down through the generations.
