Do trust the review! This is useless and worst app!


This app forces me to do a mandatory update and since then Touch ID stopped working and not accepting my correct password. UI is probably the worst I've seen in ages, its web page in mobile. Links to the web pages where you have to login again and again. You need better developers. My company just switched from United to Blue Cross, I just wish they could switch back just for the app alone. Absolute worst app on the App Store!

About the only useful thing you can do is log in with touchID - most other things send you to the website where you need to log in again. Not useful if your password is strong (ie, you don't remember it on your phone). The united healthcare app was a million times better. I could quickly and easily look up drug costs while sitting in a doctor's office, which the doctors loved.

I can view my ID card, but that’s about it


Trying to find an in-network physical therapist near me, but that isn’t doing squat. I can get to the main “Find a doctor/specialist/pharmacy” page in the app, but when I click on any of the options (find doctor, pharmacy, drug, etc.) to actually SEARCH for one, the app just sits there doing nothing.

Tried sending a secure message to see if it’s me or if there are any known issues (I’m guessing yes, judging by the other reviews for this app), but that gave me a network error.

Tried calling BlueConnect support, but all lines were busy.

Pretty crummy experience, at the moment.
