This application illustrates important information about your heart by calculating your maximum heart rate and your HEART ZONES. After inputting your age and your heart rate at rest.
They explain your max heart rate (MHR; the maximum beatings of your heart during 60 seconds), and your heart recovery rate, which indicates the reserve of your heart to increase its beat, and finally it states your heart’s beating during exhaustion. The heart normally increases its beat through five ZONES, where in each zone, the body consumes energy from different sources and therefore its advised to know them for efficient exercise, health, and dieting.
This application calculates the Maximum Heart Rate, Heart Rate Reserve, and Exercise Stages Heart Rate. It could be adopted as a reference for sports while taking care to maximum heart rate; that takes into account; age and heart rate at rest to be logical data within the scope of application data range; Age: 15 -100 years, the heart rate at Rest: 50 beats / min minimum and 100 beats / min maximum. It notes that this application does not apply to cases of slow pace of the heartbeat at Rest (less than 50 beats per minute) and / or those who complain about the acceleration in heart rate at rest (more than 100 beats per minute).
