We are hotel owners on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The desktop and iPhone version of HelloShift has dramatically improved our guest relations and internal communications. Within HelloShift, guests are contacted before arrival to make sure we have every thing they need for a pleasant stay. Out staff is never left hanging and wondering who’s on first. This simple tool displays on a wall in the app and we also have the option to receive notifications via text. Guests can easily text back and stay in touch with us anytime. This method beats time consuming phone calls and emails. HelloShift app is an easy to use daily tool that we don’t want to live without. I can’t make a better recommendation that this.
