Our flagship product, HereWePunch, is a smart mobile attendance system that enables automated check-ins with real time information on the user’s distance/ETA (Estimated Time to Arrive) to work premises.

The smart mobile employees’ attendance system is entirely hands-free. Using beacon technology and our judiciously developed app, every employee’s mobile phone acts as an automatic punch-in device when walking into the work premises.
All attendance is uploaded in real time to the Human Resources’ servers, providing the Administrator with information on the ETA of each employee.
The employees’ interface includes the Estimated Time of Arrival, personal ranking, average Time of Arrival per month, and the capacity to drill down and view details for the last 30 days; as well as, access to the news feed and chat rooms. In addition, users may submit emergency leave / lateness requests which require approval from a line manager / HR.
In the effort to enhance internal communications, Administrators can create chat groups by team or department, and may add information in the corporate news feed about upcoming events, holidays, etc.
More functionalities of the back-end allow Administrators to choose from two pre-defined leave request approval workflows and generate customized reports.
The Administrator’s homepage provides an overview of the Average Time of Arrival, Rating, number of present employees per department, and have the unique ability to Ping regularly late employees.
