Customer Reviews

This is a Classic, well-laid-out Game!

I played this game through about a year or so ago. I loved it. I definitely found it frustrating in the later stages. But I finished it and felt satisfied. Just today I found myself wanting a great, relaxing app to kill a few hours with over the next week or so, and thought of this one. I've downloaded it anew, and am remembering how I loved it the first time. Is it difficult in later stages? Yes! Frustratingly so...definitely! But so what? It's structured to keep you hooked, and it does. It's far more interesting than pop-the-balloons stuff... It's addictive, it's frustrating (very often), but it feels good when you succeed in a level...what the heck else are you looking for? If it seems like this might be your kind of game, it IS!

Fun, but unbalanced puzzler

Generally, I agree with the other reviews, however, my issue so that you are reliant upon random drops giving you the tiles you need AT A SPECIFIC PART OF THE BOARD. Unlike a similar game like Bejeweled, which is well balanced to ensure success if you are fast enough, I have run into many many levels where I couldn't even get the crab to move one space because the tiles I needed never came. Retry that level...and then I beat it with time to spare. Also, there is no description what your magic does or why it doesn't recharge sometimes. There have been many levels where a certain spell just never filled up, with no explanation.

It's a fun little game, one that has sucked away hours of my time, but these frustrations keep it from greatness, in my opinion

Ok at first

Not a bad game to begin with. Simple, fun, and quick shots of entertainment, good for killing shorts periods of time. But as the game goes on, the timer becomes the crux of an otherwise entertaining game. As others have pointed out, there needs to be a casual mode. Reached a point i couldn't get past because the timer is too darn short. It was a memory game style, and there is a delay between when i can flip tiles, wasting what lil short period of time i had to find the correct tiles. Made the whole thing impossible, because i ened up not having having time to flip all tiles without making a single mistake.

Also, sorry for any spelling errors, typing on new IOS, which is a lil broken, cant see everything im typing behind the keyboard :(.
