Pretty good

I like how quickly this workout goes, and the variety of routines keeps me from getting bored. Better descriptions if the exercises would be helpful.

Good app

Gives a variety of high intensity exercises with rests in between. Could be a little more descriptive about the moves, but otherwise a good app.

No description of workouts

If you are not already familiar with these exercises this app doesn't describe them, so you are left in the dark about what you are doing.
