Open the Mac App Store to buy and download apps.
Highlight is a little tool that allows you to draw on the screen on top of your applications.
It supports global shortcuts to show/hide the application, an undo stack and a variety of shapes.

Highlight what is important for your audience to understand, to make your demos and presentations more lively and focused!
The version 1.6 brings customizable global shortcuts and a few bugfixes for 10.7/10.8
What's New in Version 1.6.4
- Fixed a potential bug on 32 vs 64 bits
- Added the transparency setting on the color selection
I was looking for something I could use to draw on the screen, then use the rest of my Mac apps normally underneath the all the drawing. The drawing part is fine but I CANNOT use other apps with the mouse with Highlight running in the background, the mouse cursor is permanently enabled as a drawing pen until I quit Highlight.
Downloaded Screen Marker instead and got what I was looking for.
Has potential but needs work
Once enabled, you can't use the cursor for anything else unless you quit the app. So, hard to think of a circumstance where I would need something like this and not want to also move, close, or open windows, or perform other functions with the mouse.
Not quite there yet.
Love it! Hope an improvement to have a typing tools on screen.
Good product, a lot of room for improvement and get going!
