I’m a big fan!!
So I stumbled upon an article as I was trying to figure out Google collaborative inbox. I had just set up domain emails and wanted to create an info@ shared address. I am SOOOOOO glad I found Hiver for so many reasons. Number one the people are amazing! Very responsive and patient. Naveen has been my primary point of contact and he took so much time with me walking me through the product. My schedule is so crazy and we tried multiple times to find a time but I had to keep rescheduling, finally we found a time and he was able to accommodate even though it was 1:30am in India! The product itself is very user friendly and this is from someone who always struggles with technology, and I discovered an unexpected feature- Templates (on desktop) that is going to save so much time for our daily repeated emails! This is huge, it was so easy to create one. Now instead of copy and pasting our confirmation email and deleting and typing in each piece of info, we created a template with insert boxes that we can just tab through. This has brought so much ease to our business!! Thank you Hiver, thank you Naveen! Thank you Manoj!
It will display all the organization. Different emails, who they’re assigned to etc. you can even read the first few words of the emails... but click to open an email and respond and it will NEVER load.
Every email shows the loading icon moving forever without ever loading it. So the app is useless.
Anyone else encounter the issue of the screen going blank/white once the APP is opened?
