Terrible app - what's the point?
This is app is pretty useless. All it is is a provider directory. It does not offer assistance with managing account, claims, checking EOBs, seeing services rendered, anything that might actually be useful in an app. It should be called HNE provider directory as that is all it is. I am not sure why anyone would want an HNE provider directory app. Being able to check claim status and EOBs without having to go to a desktop computer? Now that would be useful.
I suppose that since their website barely does anything it would be too much to expect that this app would be any better. It did, however, create an excuse for PR. Don’t they look modern - they have an app. More like wallpaper than an app. Took it off phone - no use wasting memory for this.
I have 3 children. I wanted to register all 3 kids cards and was unsuccessful. You can only register 1. What do members do when they have multiple members?
