Beginner
I decided I wanted to learn to hold my breath longer, came across the free-diving community, and then found this app. It has worked really well so far! I can hold my breath for 2:06 instead of 1:32 and it’s only been a week. Can’t wait to see the end result. My one complaint is that I would like to see a progressive table, not just one static lesson for CO2 and O2 only. For example, each lesson throughout the CO2 should increase the time for breath holds by 10 seconds.
Outstanding results
I found the free diving community2-3 months ago and right away began to use this app. It has brought me from a dry apnea of 1:00 to a dynamic time of 3:50 that is outstanding. One thing I would recommend is to put the instructions in a more accessible spot. As many beginners don’t understand the risks involved with over training. Over all though an amazing app!
The app it great, but...
The app is amazing! Within a day I could already hold my breath for 15 seconds longer! But the problem is... it says the session duration is like 6:30.9 but it goes on longer than that. I might just not know how to tell time, but I really don’t know. This app is amazing so I suggest using it!
