Tell me what to do
My only gripe is when you begin and it gives the options for Arm and chest or Abs or shoulder and back etc.
I don't know? for beginners id like you to tell me what to select, or give a comprehensive workout that includes them all.
I love how the app tells me what’s coming up and gives me pointers during the exercises.
