This series of Honda apps are completely and totally unusable, pointless, and shows the disconnect of real world.

Yes their vehicles and innovation are superior and worth it IMO. Something went wrong with the radio designers though. If I have to have three Honda apps open just to show my iPhone screen on a big screen, spend $60 on accessories to make this happen and the process is very regimented, and there’s nothing great about it, then I’m good. But I bet if I paid $60 for the navigation app that would work, right? I doubt it. I hear it is dumber than the first generation Garmons from 15 years ago.

All of the new radios need to have a firmware update, they need to incorporate CarPlay, and Honda needs to work on it’s contracts with Apple. Otherwise I’m using my phone for navigation.

Awful POS

This app has so many issues it’s not even funny. It doesn’t work at launch, causes issues with streaming with stops all over the place and isn’t worth the trouble of even setting up. Most of the information isn’t relevant and with it using my location I was getting places nowhere near me and old information which wasn’t worth my time and energy. On 2017 models the app isn’t included with the new infotainment system. I’ve repeatedly asked for its removal from mine in my 2016 hoping it would solve some issues with it where I have no FM and AM channels, but no luck. Honda obviously has no care for its customers or it wouldn’t have trash like this offered to customers.

It's a great app..... When it works!

I called the support number because I kept getting error that there is unusual activity with my slacker account. Which is crazy cause this app made me sign up and is the only thing that uses it. So what does support tell me to do? Download the aha app. Also whenever I click the Facebook button to bring up the sign in pads it gives me an error. I really wish Honda would just keep this app up to date instead of pouring all their focus in their newer apps. I really hope they don't treat their older cars with issues like that "oh just but a bew one instead of us fixing it. I've worked for Honda for ten years in July and I'm very disappointed.
