Ratings and Reviews
To all people who don’t understand basic technology...
This is an excellent app. On computer or on this app, it sets out to completes its mission, and goes above and beyond. I get it that pre-ordering and then being on a waitlist is a little difficult, but let me put this is terms for people who are so impatient, they give this app one start before they can access it. A pre-order and wait list mean TWO SEPARATE THINGS. The pre-order is to allow people to have the app downloaded so its available to you the day it’s released. The wait list is to make sure the servers don’t crash because 100,00 some people all entered it at once. A pre-order doesn’t solve sever issues and it’s very difficult to have a server accept thousands of people at once. It’s like going to a concert. You can but tickets early, but not everyone can get into the stadium at the same time. There are barriers and doors you have go through. You don’t just magically walk into a crowded building ahead of everyone because you bought tickets in advance because news flash: you aren’t the only one. So people, stop giving negative reviews to a). an app you haven’t tried yet and b). a problem you aren’t completely knowledgeable about. Give it a chance and be patient. It’s worth the wait.
I don’t usually do reviews but I’m unsure of how this is supposed to work. So you were able to pre order the app. Had to wait to download it then. Finally am able to download it only for them to tell me I have to join the waitlist which I only happen to be number 8,425 in order to even use it. Why would you release an app to the public that we couldn’t take advantage of right away? I feel like the whole point of having to wait to download it was to make sure it performs at the levels we expect. But idk I just didn’t like that I wasn’t able to take advantage of the app right away even after waiting for it to be released. Doesn’t make much sense to me.
P.S I don’t write reviews to debate with people I’m not it saying it’s a terrible app or service at all I’ve used it on my computer and loved how it worked which is why I was disappointed I couldn’t make use of it right away. I’m writing my about my personal experience because that’s all I can speak on.

Hi Rey - we understand the waitlist can be frustrating. For more information about our approach, please read our blog post: http://bit.ly/2X5oI4E. Thank you. -Honey
I love honey on my computer but it’s super inconvenient to have to make all my purchases there. I’m super excited about the app and I’m fine with the waitlist in fact I think it’s smart. I’ve had the app for almost a month and haven’t moved up AT ALL and then I was looking to see what’s up in the App Store and I’m seeing that it’s frequently being updated... but no new users are being let it?
Reviews from people using it are excellent it doesn’t need to be updated for them right now, you NEED new users. You made a promise to people and now you have to go through with it, you’re looking very unreliable right now and we’re not gonna be able to trust you anymore if you don’t make a move fast.
UPDATE - I read more reviews and it seems people who’ve had the app longer than me are farther behind on the waitlist than I am... um excuse me? NOT OKAY.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
