Ratings and Reviews
To all people who don’t understand basic technology...
This is an excellent app. On computer or on this app, it sets out to completes its mission, and goes above and beyond. I get it that pre-ordering and then being on a waitlist is a little difficult, but let me put this is terms for people who are so impatient, they give this app one start before they can access it. A pre-order and wait list mean TWO SEPARATE THINGS. The pre-order is to allow people to have the app downloaded so its available to you the day it’s released. The wait list is to make sure the servers don’t crash because 100,00 some people all entered it at once. A pre-order doesn’t solve sever issues and it’s very difficult to have a server accept thousands of people at once. It’s like going to a concert. You can but tickets early, but not everyone can get into the stadium at the same time. There are barriers and doors you have go through. You don’t just magically walk into a crowded building ahead of everyone because you bought tickets in advance because news flash: you aren’t the only one. So people, stop giving negative reviews to a). an app you haven’t tried yet and b). a problem you aren’t completely knowledgeable about. Give it a chance and be patient. It’s worth the wait.
Not ready at first but good when you get in
I don’t usually do reviews but I’m unsure of how this is supposed to work. Why would you release an app to the public that couldn’t be taken advantage of right away? I feel like the whole point of having to wait to download it was to make sure it performs at expected levels. Idk I just didn’t like that I wasn’t able to take advantage of the app right away even after waiting for it to be released which usually isn’t the case with most pre-ordered apps in my experience. Didn’t make much sense to me. Other than that great app.
P.S I’m not it saying it’s a terrible app or service (hence me finishing with other than that it’s a great app)at all I’ve used it on my computer and loved how it worked which is why I was disappointed I couldn’t make use of the app version right away. I’m speaking for myself. It’s crazy you can’t even write your own personal review on a product without all the “experts” chiming in with their opinions on your review. Everything doesn’t have to be a debate. Write what YOU think of the app (good or bad) and it’s mechanics and move on. Simple.

Hi Rey - we understand the waitlist can be frustrating. For more information about our approach, please read our blog post: http://bit.ly/2X5oI4E. Thank you. -Honey
Excited when I can finally get in
Downloaded this app on my Mac after seeing the commercial online. I decided to find it in itunes and download on my phone as well. When I attempted to use, it said I was 208,000 in line (give or take a few hundred). I had never experienced this before but no big deal. I just used it on my Mac and was astonished how much it just saved me on a purchase. So cool! I’ll be glad when I can finally get in as most of my purchases are made via my phone but no big deal. I’m not sure why so many people are upset. Don’t they own laptops they can use it on in the meantime? Anyway, I’m definitely one who likes to save money and excited to see when this rolls out full steam. Good luck and thanks!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
