Basic functions are non-existent
This app is useless. In order to monitor my cameras, I have to re-add them every time. In addition, we can’t play back video from our cameras on this app (even when on the same network). You can only view the video which you saved...as it was happening. What’s the point of that for a security system?! We had a cheap one at our old place and the app was much better...it functioned. I just had much higher expectations of Honeywell as a company and assumed I wouldn’t even have to worry about that.
The app hasn’t received push notifications in over a month now. Even when deleting and reinstalling, I don’t get alarm or motion notifications. I know it’s working because it still sends an email with the snapshot, but no more push notifications.

I’ve had it about two years. It crashes repeatedly and reboot won’t fix the problem. They haven’t done upgrades in forever. Anyone know of another program that can be used?
