Glad I'm not the only one having issues. Each"upgrade" has issues and they haven't fixed the bugs from the previous. Crashes too often. Click on one tweet and another appears. Every time I open the app I've been logged out and by the reviews I'm not the only one. Streams are deleted. Data is lost. Trying to contact support is useless, even with the upgraded account. I rely on this app for managing several business profiles. It was a professional level tool.
I know they've gotten bigger and maybe it's growing pains. Don't forget you got to where you are bc of performance and responsiveness.
Unfortunately, I think they've gotten to big for their britches. Waiting for the fall of Icarus. Another company will take your place if you don't make this app usable again.
I've actually switched to using the original twitter app for multiple purposes.
Almost 100% to my liking…
That's a bit better on the landscape typing, but it still needs improvement; the whole white area just under what I type cuts out the bottom 1/4 of my characters; but at least the cursor goes to the next line DOWN, now.
I would still like to see a major improvement in the "follower populate" feature on the compose screen. I just tried it for 'R,' and it only populated a very few followers, but it didn't give me the desired person (plus the choices dwindled to nothing as I typed out the person's full name). I tried it again after tapping one of my accounts; that person still wouldn't pop up.
Thanks for the character count.
I STILL look forward to the simple improvements to make this app as it should be.
Still too many hiccups
I like the app, I really do, but I still get a decent amount of hangs when refreshing lists, usually forcing me to close and re-open the app...which make me reluctant to use it at times.
I'd like to see a "master refresh" to refresh all feeds/lists simultaneously or one after the other. If this exists I don't know how to do it.
Finally, I don't see how to remove people from a list, like you can in the desktop application.
