Have purchased 3 flights using app
I love this app! I have used it to purchase tickets to Baltimore, New York, and Chicago. Each time I've searched my dates for flight inside the app, the app tells me if the prices will likely climb or lower before my travel dates. It gives you a general idea of how much they will change by as well so you can see if it's even worth watching it or just buying immediately (sometimes the price only varies by $15-20, sometimes $100+). I've always hated going into the cheap airline sights and looking at flights, not purchasing and going back days later to find out the prices have jumped $50 or more in just that short time. This app eliminates that frustration. I plug in my travel city, my dates, and then wait for updates on when to buy tickets and have never been lead astray. I will say that they do not monitor southwest or allegiant flights but I can't always fly into cities that are serviced by those airlines so that's when this app comes in handy! Also, GREAT customer service. Yesterday I booked a flight through this app on united and was under the impression I would have carry on bags included with my ticket. Well united sent me an email saying that because I booked through a 3rd party I wasn't eligible for a carry on bag. I contacted hopper customer service and they've agreed to cover the cost of the carry on bag for me! Haven't received customer care like that from any other company... ever. Very pleased.

UPDATE: May 2017
This is a true story, used this app for round trip tickets from Seattle to Rome on a reputable airline at the end of September and the tickets were typically $1,000-1,200/ticket...Hopper asked me to wait and wait and then alerted me to tickets that were $450 a person!!! Hopper user FOR LIFE.

Read about and downloaded this app a few days ago to test out on flights to Vegas towards the end of April. My husband and I checked the airlines and other travel sites like Kayak before deciding to let Hopper figure it out for us. After 3 or 4 days of nervously letting it tell us to wait to book we got notification to buy this morning and happily saved over $250 (over $100/ticket) on our flights!!!! These are the same flights we were looking at before, no compromises this time. I didn't book through the app though, listened to the reviewer who had issues doing it that way and went directly to the airlines website to do my booking. I was not overloaded with pointless notifications as some reviews have mentioned, only 1 each morning telling me to keep waiting and then the one letting me know to buy now. Maybe they fixed that. Would give 5 stars if I wasn't concerned about booking through the app.
Not accurate
So I've been using this app for convenient, with not having to look around and comparing the prices with my ticket agent. I've come to the conclusion that this app is inconsistent with prediction because some prices are the same as the airline and other times it's more expensive. In addition your customer rep tried to over charge me for a ticket exchange of 150 when the airline did it for 50. In addition their office hours are not till 12 est it's till whenever they decide to close. So you can't rely on them to make any last minute changes. Be warned that you are purchasing at your own risk.
