Please Avoid. Not accurate star rate. If you book a 3 stars hotel you could probably get 1 star hotel
BEWARE!!! Ruthless Crooks!
Watch out for these con artists because this can happen to you! Its 11:00 on a cold rainy night and my wife was sick and I needed a room because our house flooded so I took the last of my cash and I deposited into my checking account so I could book a room on this toilet site hotwire and like I've done many times before and after I was done booking this room is when out of nowhere they come back and say that that offer was no longer available and that no authorizations or charges were made to my card but sure enough these parasites did put a hold on my card for $82.50 and I couldn't use the money I just deposited anymore and we had to sleep in the car and after calling and talking to these thieves all night long they refused to do anything about it and now it's been four days and they still haven't released the hold so LOOK OUT THESE GUYS ARE DIRTY!
Hotels and Car not updated
1 out every 5 times I tried to book.
There was no more availability.
But Hotwire did CHANGED my credit card.
It's takes 5 days to get my money back
