Good for tracking daycare hours
I use it to track the hours I keep my kid at daycare. I clock in and out as I drop off or pick up. It has a nice invoicing feature that automatically calculates overtime. I'm happy with it. I would like to see the ability to creat more complicated rules. For example, I would like to set a rule that if I clock out more than 15 minutes after the hour, that it would just round up to the next hour. It gets a full 5 stars from me because they made a full pro version that I was able to buy directly from the App Store (as opposed to an in app purchase), allowing my family to use it without additional purchases.
Cannot send invoice or send email to support
I used to use ours keeper and haven’t used it for a while and recently started to try to do some billing again. I have an invoice that I simply cannot send. The send word is grayed out. Nor can I send an email to app support for the same reason. So then I got ours keeper pro thinking that would make a difference and it makes no difference at all. I cannot get in touch with the app people for any kind of support and I’m very frustrated especially now that I’ve paid to have pro. I sent an email from my regular email to what I think is a support email address but have received no response.
Was great until it stopped syncing!
This app was the perfect app for years but then suddenly it stopped syncing across devices. I only noticed this after submitting an invoice to my client and realizing after the fact that I had days of work missing. I found the missing days on my other device.
When I contacted support they sent me a link for a refund. I suppose they have just given up. Too bad.
UPDATE: now the email invoice function completely stopped functioning, customer support info leads to nowhere, backup and restore IP address returns a server can’t be found error message .... looks like they just ghosted all their customers...
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
