This app uses a heart sensor to understand how tired you are and through audio cues it tells you if you need to speed up or slow down.

Select the training plan that's best for you by tapping on the planner button then add your actions and start running. hRange will guide you the whole time and it will feel like being on autopilot.

Audio prompts while listening to music


Synced with my Bluetooth heart rate monitor and lets me know when bpm are high or low while on elliptical listening to music or watching Netflix. Has preprogrammed workouts but I use custom workout. Nothing fancy but works great. Recommended

Finally found what I want


You can set a max and min heart rate and it'll talk to you when you get out of range. You'd think this would be easy to find but it's not. This is perfect. Hallelujah.
