Excellent companion to HRV4Training


I use the HRV4T Coach app as a supplement to my personal use of HRV4Training, not as a coach. It gives me two things:

1. An advanced view and analysis of my metrics over time. This allows me to monitor and understand how my training, life stress, health, etc. is effecting my HRV, and thus make more nuanced decisions about how best to implement my training program.

2. More information presented at one time. Every morning I do a quick analysis of what’s going on, and using this app instead of HRV4Training allows me to see more at once and access more information rapidly, which allows me to complete the review a little more quickly.

If I were a coach, I’d be getting even more out of the app. A friend of mine is a strength and conditioning coach for a Big 10 team using this app to monitor all his players’ daily HRV scores, and he couldn’t do what he needs to do without it.

Poor interface and usability on iPad mini.

The app is feature rich, but the interface is poor on the mini, doesn't make good use of the limited screen real estate, fonts on chart labels are illegible. It's very frustrating, because the application could be great, if you could only SEE it.

No stars!!!


This app constantly stops, overlapped text, frozen etc.. just terrible!!
