Given that HSBC makes BILLIONS in profits every year, it wouldn't kill them to invest in developing a decent app. You can’t be seriously expecting users to scroll through miles of fine print and expect them to understand and really agree to your legal blah blah blah. Morons created this app.
Instead of making this usable, HSBC would just rather hang onto their cash. Did they do ANY testing ?? HSBC: are you paying high schoolers to create this crappy app? It runs soooo slowly, is constantly unavailable and the latest updates have stopped letting me deposit a check. I'm taking my $ elsewhere. Not worth the frustration.

I believe it's the best .. I have used the Apps for other banks and all are good . But this one makes my banking live easy. It helps me to do what I want anytime ..anywhere ..
Horrible interface, functionality is even worse
The app does not do what it's programmed to do. On top HSBC servers being constantly down, the app is extremely laggy. Mobile checking deposit is super slow, crashes on me check after check. I've been using the deposit on a monthly basis for close to a year, and not once had it not crash on me when I try to deposit four checks. Horrible app, horrible customer service
