Horrible Update


Negative 5 stars if I could. Updating the new update was the worst thing I could have done. I wish I could get back to previous version, & I’ve tried everything, but of course, it isn’t possible. It’s so bad that I will not continue to buy from HSN unless they correct their problems.

where you have to scroll down
again each time to find the next
hour. What a pain!!

There is absolutely nothing I like about the new HSN app. Whoever changed it has never used it themselves to order anything, or they would know what a mess they made of it. Why should I bother with all these inconveniences now, when it was so easy & pleasant to look & order previously. They really messed up a good app.

Great app! Isn't buggy like majority of other apps I have downloaded

I am redoing my review. There was an update today and every time i click on app and it opens, a lady proceeds to loudly tell me about today’s special. I have to manually reduce volume. I don’t see anywhere a place I can mute this from blaring at me when I click on app. If this is intended I won’t be opening it too much anymore. There should be an option to not have this woman or anyone in the future blare the today’s special at you when you click on app......also where did the videos of the products go?? I don’t write apps but seriously who removed them and why? I loved old version. Don’t fix what isn’t broken.

Confusing app - Poor problem resolution


I selected the flex pay, but after backing out to correct my address it must’ve reverted to the “pay full price” option. As soon as I saw my bank statement a few days later (item hasn’t even arrived yet) I found I was charged the full amount. I reached out to customer support for help. I was told there’s nothing they can do for me, but I can return the item for a full refund in a few weeks once I finally receive it, repackage it/return it, and wait.

I needed that money now for Christmas gifts!!!

I will be returning the item, and I won’t be doing business with HSN moving forward. I was planning to buy a laptop for Christmas. Someone else will be getting that business now. Awful time of year to screw a customer.
