HTCAgent ONE is City/County Specific Closing Cost app that comes preloaded with calculations and closing costs for Real Estate Professionals. It allows them to easily and quickly generate Buyer Estimates and Seller Net Sheets from their iPhone and iPad. HTCAgent ONE also allows the user to fully customize email/printouts for their clients. We offer a free 30-day trial for the monthly and yearly subscriptions. The amount will be charged to your iTunes account. Subscriptions purchased in-app renew automatically monthly or yearly depending on your plan. Plan pricing may vary by country. To avoid renewal, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your subscription ends. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.

Mortgage app

Great app easy to use!

Not for all US

It’s only for the state of Colorado. They make you fill out/register with all your info and at the end it lets you “choose” your state, and the only option is Colorado.
I feel cheated.

New version crashes

This is a great app and I use it every day. However, after the recent update, if you select "detailed closing costs" the app crashes...every time. Please fix and it goes back up to 5 stars.
