It was awesome, but..........

This update that just happened is AWFUL. I'm never against change, unless it messes everything up, which this "update" did. Now the week shows as Monday through Sunday instead of Sunday through Saturday, like it did before, and like is normal for a calendar. The best part is that all of my many appointments do not exist now, and everything is off by one day. This includes all of the appointments for my husband's business. I "hide" messages, but they come right back.
On my day off tomorrow that shows that I actually work, I'll be deciding on what shared calendar to use instead of this nightmare. This app has been getting progressively worse, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back.

Apparently they are "fixing" this disaster, but it's way too late for me. After calling 72, that's right, 72 customers, we finally have my husband's business schedule fixed, we hope. It made us look incompetent and ridiculous. He's now working on A PAPER planner so we are never forced to go through this again, and have switched back to the Google calendar, which we don't really like, but know is 100% reliable. I also had to contact my doctors, etc. For appointment information and pray I didn't miss anything, as I have all of them set to not call me with appointment reminders because IT WAS IN MY CALENDAR!

Great app

This app is great. Me and my husband tried it on a whim because we were looking for something to help us stay organized with plans and to do tasks. We would get frustrated not being able to get on the same page and wanted to take the hassle out of making plans or communicating what we thought needed to be done. We have extremely busy schedules and let’s be honest, it’s hard to communicate sometimes simply because you forget! We tried it for about two months before subscribing monthly. It really helps us stay on track with each other and it’s a nice centralized location for us to drop meetings or events as well as grocery and to do list things, and it keeps us from planning things over each other. It’s super convenient because the moment something pops into our head we add it to the hub. And no worries, it’s already communicated to everyone we need it to be. I’d highly recommend!

Horrible horrible update-DON’T GET THIS APP!

My husband and I have been using this app for years. We rely on it for everything. My life is on this app- Meetings, appointments, carpools, sports schedules, kids Birthday parties.... you get the point. This newest update makes the app functionless. It doesn’t work. Things didn’t transfer over correctly. I wasn’t able to add any new appointments or anything else until I paid for the “gold service.” However, I had just renewed and paid for the gold service a few weeks before the update so I double paid. But I was desperate because I reply so heavily on this app and needed the ability to continue using it. I’ve written to customer service multiple times and when I finally get a response, nothing they instruct me to do works or helps resolve the issue. This morning the calendar will no longer let me see any appointments past May. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (for probably the 3rd or 4th time since this update) and now it won’t even let me reinstall! I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel both payments and will use something else from now on.
