App has lots of issues
**UPDATE**
Changing the rating from 1 to 3 stars.
Customer service reached out quickly and seems eager to rectify some issues. They said they are working on some of them. Kudos, a new update was just pushed down that rectified the edit button issue.
Thank you for the timely fix to that..

1. Customer service NEVER responds!!!
2. Importing a new client is very time consuming. You can't just search type through your contact list but have to manually scroll
3. When you try to import a new client sometimes it says they are already in the system when they are not
4. Try writing an email and then get a call. Once the call is over and you return to the app what you've written is GONE!
5. If you write a long email and try to go through to correct it, it defaults to the bottom regardless where you put your cursor. You need to write the email outside on a note pad and then copy and paste.
6. If you have new info to add to a client or business when you hit the edit button NOTHING happens.
7. Did I mention CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDS!
Good:
1.Will track open emails
2. Online version seems much more stable.

Good functionality, but missing search feature
I like the app. I find it is very useful to help craft email messages to increase open rate. Also, it allows better strategy for contacting prospects.
I miss the search feature that was in the previous version. I hope they bring it back - unless it's available in the paid version.
