Not a good CRM app
If you're using this for hubspot marketing, maybe it's worthwhile...but it's clear the app was not built for the Free CRM, which is a shame. I know it's your loss leader, but I actually love using it and switched from Salesforce. The Salesforce mobile all was much better however. I wish you could use this app to see and edit contacts, companies, tasks, and deals. Even the contact pics do not sync with the desktop version. If you look at the release history, it's clear that hubspot is just running support and not really working on developing features...3 patch releases over the span of many months. My hope is that this is a legacy build that is being supported as needed and that they are redesigning from the ground up. I am very surprised that a company like hubspot doesn't have an amazing app.
Good for quick overview
I've been using HubSpot for about a year now. I use the app solely to check in on the performance of emails. It gives me the high level numbers when I'm not at my desk - which is all I need. The interface is clean and does a good job of presenting the big picture on a small screen.
The desktop version of Hubspot is great. I have adopted it as my CRM. I was disappointed to find the app so lacking. I do not subscribe to all that Sidekick offers and the only functionality is to look at my contacts. No customer name is listed. No real way to add deals. Hubspot will need to improve the app to offer something really astonishing. Until then I hope I can remember which person is associated with what company.
