This 3rd party App is the best companion for your Philips Hue light bulbs striking the perfect balance between ease of use and powerful features, making it as delightful to use as the official iOS App:
-Change the colors of your lamps from the color charts in the menu or from the traditional Mac OS color Picker.

-Create presets, so as to save the favorite colors for everyone of your light bulbs.

-Set Alarms for individual light bulbs On/Off

-Renaming Lights

-Set the brightness, turn on/off all the lights or specific lamps.

Not worth the money

Controlling lights with menus could be a strong potential - but its not. It shows lights then it doesn’t. While I realize that is partially due to possibly losing the connection to the lights - you should permit them to be a bit stickier for the user experience. Maybe when you configure the bridge you always show the lights and the status (connected/disconnected). I really want you to improve upon this as I think you are on to something - but I’m sorry I’m not buying hue lights 2 for Yosemite either - what you are selling isn’t worth the money I already spent. Improve and limit it to one light and I will gladly pay for an in-app purchase to extend the number of lights.

Does anyone plan on spending $4 for the new version of Hue Menu, saying this one hardly worked. At least offer a launch day discount to win back everyone you burned with version 1.

does not work!

The app says "unable to connect to bridge" and if i select preferences… nothing happens.
Charging for this app is like stealing.
(I have installed "QuickHue" instead. Not flawless, but at least it works and it is free)
