Just a couple of very minor things

I am loving this app. I struggle with language. Even learning new things in my native language can sometimes be a struggle, but I am slowly progressing along. A couple of minor things are missing in my opinion. One example is 0 (zero) in the numbers chapter. But after writing to the author, he responded with the answer I needed to understand zero in Japanese. I would have originally rated this with 4 stars, but his service immediately brought it to 5.

Absolutely amazing. Astounding.

I would recommend this application to any and every person who is looking to get in to the study of the Japanese language. Not only does it cover grammar, but also vocabulary. The intermediate version goes in to kanji as well, if my memory serves correctly, thus giving you the three keys to learning the Japanese language. You will eventually need more sources to continue to learn, but this app is VERY extensive.

First off, I never write reviews. I think, in the years I’ve used both Android and Apple phones, I’ve written MAYBE two reviews. That said, Human Japanese deserves a review. I’ll keep it short:

Interested in learning Japanese? Get the app. Try out the free version; you won’t be disappointed. I bought the HJ and HJ Intermediate bundle and it was the best money I’ve spent on the App Store, bar none.

If you’re looking for a gentle, intuitive way to break into the seemingly-daunting task of learning Japanese, this is the way I’d recommend you do so. There are many ways to do it, sure, but so very few of them are written in such a friendly and thoroughly-understandable manner. HJ doesn’t overload you with technical grammar terms like many textbooks do. Each term comes with both English and Japanese examples of common, everyday use to help you understand what you’re reading. It’s spectacular.

As of this writing, I’m moving onto Intermediate and truly looking forward to the experience. If you’re on the fence about buying HJ, I’d urge you to do so. It’s very much worth investing in.
