If you're serious about increasing your strength, follow this six week training program and you'll soon be on your way to completing 100 consecutive push ups!
Think there's no way you could do this? I think you can! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and about 30 minutes a week to achieve this goal!
No doubt some of you can already do 50 consecutive push ups, but let's face it, you're in a big minority. Most of you reading this won't even be able to manage 20 pushups. Actually, I'm sure many of you can't even do 10.
However, it really doesn't matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive push ups training program, I'm positive you'll soon be able to do 100 push ups!
Don't be fooled by the impostors. This is the ORIGINAL Hundred pushups app, having been in the store since 2008.

Keeps crashing when you click the Log button
I love the app but sheesh there is always some kind of glitch when it comes down to it. Then if you delete the app to reinstall it all your data gets deleted. I can see my graph chart but if I want to see my numerical stats the app crashes. I been banging with this program since I had to print my sets out online. Before the app etc. but seriously guys fix this and get a make over the color scheme is horrible. Other than that thumbs up
Reps problem destroyed a great app
I am adding my voice to the complaints above about the bug in the latest version which does not allow you to change the reps. I've used the app for years and absolutely loved it. I never made 100 reps, but I started at 5 and now can do 60 (and I am 60 years old). Now my prized tally of total push-ups (over 31,000) is inaccurate and useless since I cannot change the reps to record actual performance. Moreover, the developer lacked the decency to respond to my inquiry. What a shame- I previously gave this program 5 stars and bought the book.
Went from OK to really bad
The developers just can't get their act together for this app, so I'm now going to find another solution. The "latest" version (many, many months old) doesn't allow you to enter the actual number of push-ups you completed in the final set. So if it calls for "6+" and you do 11, your count can't be changed and your total is five low. C'mon, how hard can it be to fix this? Take a pass on this app, and if you find a great one... please let me know!
