ETA time keep changing, Bad customer service,

So this is my first time using this app and will be the last.

This is my experience with this app in below, if you don’t mind to wait hours to get your cold food go ahead download this app, otherwise I don’t recommend you to do so.

- 11:20 a.m. I placed an order and the restaurant is very quickly got the food ready to go in 5mins, the ETA time is 12:05 a.m.

- 11:28 a.m. delivery guy on the way to pick up the food

(ETA time keep changing, the customer service is extremely slow and keep telling me it will arrive in about 15-20mins, I doubt if they actually trying to reach out anyone to solve the problem)

- 12:34 a.m finally the delivery man picked up my order from the restaurant and at this point it already 19 min late from the original ETA time. Then they changed the ETA time to 1:18 p.m.

(They keep changing ETA time without inform you a reason, so what’s the point to even have an “ETA time”?)

- finally got my food at 1:27 p.m. with the food container licking.

Terrible service and wrong delayed delivery

The delivery is two hours delayed, I received my order at 11pm, of which I ordered at 8pm. The contact between customers and the merchants are limited, you cannot barely comment on the merchants. I had terrible experience with one of the order, the merchant totally lied on their description of product and promotion, and the customer service could not do any thing to help but blaming on the customer for their own imagination of the products?! And then the demands of customer is just left ignored?! I can’t believe this company still exists!

Super slow delivery

I put in my order at 18:37, the restaurant prepared the food at 18:57, and ETA was at 19:30, then it changed to 19:50 and THEN to 20:30 and THEN to 21:00, yet at 21:00 the driver STILL hasn’t picked up the food from the restaurant.
I waited for TWO and HALF HOURS and the driver DIDNT EVEN PICK UP the food from the restaurant so I wanted to cancel. The cancellation process was a pain too. I started asking around 20:30, but the customer service kept telling me to wait and wait, that they need to investigate. I cancelled at last after an hour negotiating.
