Structured interval training has long been known to generate significant improvements to your cycling performance. Hurts Ergo offers a series of basic workouts to get going on your indoor trainer, once mastered there's access to the online ErgDB library containing over 600 unique workouts.

Hurts Ergo guides you through structured intervals using a target power value based on your own Functional Threshold Power (FTP). To best make use of the app you'll need access to a power meter, or a Wahoo Fitness KICKR trainer; both of which are optional.

Easy to Set Up & Start Training

Was very easy to get set up without having to feed a bunch of data or complete user profile info that most apps want for their own use.

I use it with Kickr and export my Training Peaks workout and in a matter of seconds I'm able to start my ride. Best thing, I don't have to think about anything - no watching the wattage or the time off or on. Just follow what my coach has for me. Perfect.


Easy interval training app

This app is great for interval training. I’m not using it with a Kickr. It connects to my power meters and can run a training file that I created in golden cheetah. Works great for that except there is no power smoothing.
